Returns & Exchanges
At Haftafly, we design travel gear to make every journey easier. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- How to Start a Return
- To begin a return, please contact us through the Haftafly contact form to request instructions. Securely package your item to prevent damage during transit and use a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been received and processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within approximately 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the transaction.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Exchanges
If you would like a different color or product variation, we recommend placing a new order to secure availability and returning the original item for a refund.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us right away. Once confirmed, we’ll provide return instructions and cover the shipping costs for the replacement or refund.
Warranty Coverage
Haftafly products include a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or environmental factors is not covered.
